ok well that pos has been in the shop 3 times so far.
i am hard on stuff. and after the 50 mile break in i showed no exception to the rule here.
it is fast. in fact as fast as a 450 2 stroke 2wd racer.
but the cv shafts in the back SUCK.
who ever thought this was a good idea?
i have torn two boots, and the first boot was torn so long it wore the joint out at 75 miles.

fuel mileage... yuck... the thing has a CVT, and that said its like a snowmobile, always revving out when your going slow or fast.
has a 5 gallon tank, good for about 60 miles. that sucks!
i would get 120 miles out of my honda with a 2 gallon tank. now the honda was a 350 this is a 750, but this is also fuel injected. its a bit faster on the trails, about 2-3 times more accel, actually so much speed can be gotten on the trail i have had some close calls stopping... hit 3 trees so far with it, thank goodness i got the bull bars put on the front.
the brakes are good, almost to the point of lockup. and thats good.

the tires.... wow never have i seen such poor tires. sidewall flex is off the chart, traction is awful. cant wait to replace them.

the moral of this story is stick with a solid rear axel if you can find one. i think i would have got the articcat 1000 if i had to do it again, but then that might be junk too......

i wish honda made a big bore twin offering.
perhaps the 1000cc engine from there rice rocket would be good?

try can am, i was really impressed with my 800.

You would get poor gas mileage too if you had a 400 lb elephant on your back :dontknow:

Dude, I'm into ATV's and motorcycles but I don't know what the hell you're talking about. What the hell is a 750i? I thought this thread was about a BMW 750i automobile.

Me too... :dontknow:

Stop towing your boat with it. It's not designed to handle it. (Where have I heard that before?)

i'm trying to figure out what 450 2-stroke you had??? I had a quadzilla, 200x, warrior and a 250r atc. now I have the 700 kfx. 200x was the best

are you happy with anything

i am very picky.... i like my accord... but i have complaints with it too.
nothing is perfect but some are less perfect then others.

try can am, i was really impressed with my 800.
yeah all my friends have them, in fact they have about 20 of them all totaled.
i get sick of seeing them. i wanted something none of them had, not that they couldn't, just that i wanted something different. i was looking at the renegade 800R... i don't like anything that would be described as a Cadillac and they all said that... i like a challenge.

this was a warning to anyone looking for an ATV. at least IMO.

When you get another tire look at the zillas. NOT MUDZILLA's just Zilla by Maxxis, best all around tire out ther IMO and they are the lightest also.

better to be the same with a reliable machine than different with a pos...just my .02

O man why not!?! You drive around in 2wd see some crap, kick it in AWD. It stays in 2awd until you need it then you got all 4 wheels pulling, until you don't need it and the front end automatically dissengages.... HILLIARD overrunning clutches are the bomb!

And she's and American!!!! woohoo!

cant do doughnuts. can do burnouts. cant take long hard left hand turns.
i can drop mine into 4wd anytime, but i rarely use it. nothing more fum then a low range 4wd power accel. can barely hold on. and whats your top speed?
