Yea i was looking for one too and did not see it, my friend said he read on another news site that the guy just dropped his cell phone and reached down to get it. So maybe that is what really happened

I didnt see a bird fly in front of him. Looks like he just stopped looking at the road. That is a crazy coincidence.
