Some @hole broke into my truck last night and helped themselves to my things.

With more people being out of jobs and the economy the way it is. I fear this will be a more common occurrence. Be aware of where you are parking and hide your stuff.

Under the new law inacted by VIPR PWR --
You now have the right to full restitution per Item taken.
Penalties are your choice as follows;
1- Forgive and forget.
2- Sentenced to a prison term of srt 10 years.
3- Return all items and one big ass kicking.
4- Send down a slideing board full of razor blades into a pit of alcohol.
5- removal of 1 body part per item taken.
The choice is yours. Now catch all these crooks.

hope your truck not damaged too bad .. sorry to here that?
how they get in???????

That reminds me a few weeks back I got from a supplier 2 tickets to the " New Ford Products " show at the arena. I placed them on the dash of the truck so as not to forget them. In broad day light some a butt-head busted my side window..........

and put two more there :)

......I am sorry it happened to you:(

Sorry to hear...Last weekend my sister came into towm for my uncles funeral and the night before she left for home some one broke into hers too. They busted the window and took all of her luggage, groceries, new clothes she had just purchased.....everything. Crime rate will deffinetly go up with more people out of work. Good Luck!

Thanks guys. I don't have a dollar amount yet, but they tore up the dash to remove the radio. I looks like they may have gotten in through the door. So luckily I don't have to deal with getting replacement glass.

I really suspect the speed freak that lives a couple of houses up the street from us.

I think all options offered by VIPR PWR, ha ha.

Unfortunately, I really believe things are going to get worse as far a things like this are concerned.

Luckily I did not leave anything of real value in the truck. The guy got my busted iPod though. That at least makes me smile.

Thiev'in pricks..........

It's bad enough to bust up and then steal someone else's shit, but getting away with it just gives a sick feeling.......

If one didn't have a sense of karma, sowing and reaping or ultimately getting what one deserves, I don't think I could deal with this kind'a shit....

Who knows............? Maybe there is an ultimate cosmic punishment.

i thought you said they jacked your wheels, and tonneau, and some other stuff too

Bummer.....last summer the wife left her door unlocked. Luckily the dog heard the person and growled. I went outside to find they actually dropped the GPS on the street when they took off. Dog got a HUGE bone from the butcher.

Also, a couple weeks ago I walked out to the garage to go to work. Opps....doors locked. yep, keys dangling from the ignition. Walk back in pissed as I now was going to be late for my meeting. Wife looks at me and says where's your spare keys? I could only lower my eyes and whisper that they were in the center console....Doh!

The good news is our trucks are VERY easy to break into. (ok...maybe not good news but you are now warned!) I had previously noted that in the upper right corner of the door opening is an easy way to get a tool into the truck. Being that it is farthest from either the hinges or latch the door can be pulled out enough to slip in a wire. I fastened up a hangmans noose to a coat hanger. Slip it in and looped the noose around the door lock tab. Quick pull and I was in. Took about 5 min to make the tool and about 3 min to get it unlocked.

So when is the next get together?! Might be a few things I'll need/want! ;)

You can bring it to my dealer for the repairs if you need the dash replaced. I work with all the insurance companys.

Thanks dude. I may just have to make the drive up there. I don't know if I trust the body shop they want me to send it to.
