A little late on this lol but Satin in my opinion is the way to go, owning the worlds blackest Dodge Ram hopefully gives me a little credit on my choice haha. Simple really. 
Flat/matt is way too dull and appears more grey, gloss black out shines the tyres and makes them look dull and because of that, in many cases it makes it appear cheap/tacky. Satin suits both the trucks paint and also matches the lighter grey/black of your tyres better. It's bang in the middle of the 3 main choices and is the best of all worlds. All my stealth vehicles have had Satin black powdercoated wheels and wil continue to do so. My 2c
