Caltrcs adjustment?

helps eliminate wheel hop too........ :)

Thats my only complaint so far, If im not on a completlly smoth surface then i'll get some wheel hop and have to get off the gas  back in the day I think mopar was about the only manf. that didnt need traction bars due to the heavier springs to prevent this but I guess times have changed

Or maybe its guess the poor condition of the streets around here If it hasent been completlly redune in the past 5 years there is pot holes, patches and just plain uneveness all together! the city crew must work for a union

takes two folks, the driver needs to be in the drivers seat, another person to adjust.

about a half tank of fuel

turn it till it touches

then about a turn and a half

that is a good starting point from there, you will have to adjust to each persons likieng

and for info

we will now powder coat the bars before or after purchase for $40 :)

Now you go and do this after mine are on thanks:argh: :argh: :argh: :D

try the caltracs, for ~$400, i think you'll be happy. :)
certainly will, i kept mine 1 1/2 turns after contact back in the day when my truck was running.

Its on the list for sure!! among other things, by summertime I should have some $$$ saved up for stinker untill then ill just take it easy :D

ok, I have a stupid question......
What kind of finish are they before powdercoating? :dontknow:
Anyone have them chromed?

guess thats 2 questions.

they come powdered black, they can be chromed, I think its like $70 each:confused: cant remember right off, but I jsut cant find a local shop that I can trust enough to do good work and these days I like keeping things local to me, guess you are not going the srt 8 route?:D

Not sure. I might just wait another year so I can get an 08. Right now all I can afford is a 06-07. Unless I see an 08 for a good price, then my 10 is staying for a bit.

Thanks for the help. I want to do something local and not over the internet.
Then second one looks interesting. Not to far from me. Not sure how I missed that one. Ad must have been placed after the last time I looked.
