When I ordered it last thursday I was told they didnt have any in stock and that it should ship this week. I'm in Denver til friday morning so as long as it gets to my house by the time I return I'm ok. Dan seemed confident that the WOT timer delay was the problem as he has seen my situation on the dyno.

nope....they align bore the block so that they can install "babbit" bearings similar to an AMC motor. ACtually I think the parts are AMC parts...I dont know much about it but if Boomer was gonna use this method for his PERSONAL vehicle......Im confident that it will work. Proline is gonna assemble the motor and everything so all True has to do is install it in the truck.....hopefully it will work.

Just talked to ED@ proline...he said once the block is bored and the cam bearings are installed it uses the Stock size cam. Mine is a Comp Coupe cam (custom grind).

The process was developed by Evans Speed Equipment in El Monte, CA. The tech article called "Saving the Viper" was published in the Engine Masters Summer 2005 Vol. 8 magazine. It shows the entire process which ends up using the #2 cam bearings used in the Dura-Bond AMC 290-401 V8 kit. It's a good read if you have access to the article
