I am specifically looking for what the knock sensors are reading while running at idle as well as Key ON/Engine OFF, so would have to be an 05+ but also need the Key ON/Engine OFF and idle reading for the MAP sensor to ensure I see similar values.
My MAP shows 28.6 KEY ON/ENGINE OFF and I think it supposed to read atmospheric pressure/barometric pressure with Key ON /Engine OFF and mine should read 30.11" according to ambient pressure in my area. This would fool the computer into thinking it is running at a higher altitude I beleive and throw fueling and timing all off? Starting to wonder if somehow, before I bought the 10 that someone jumpstarted incorrectly or some kind of electrical surge that fried readings on my sensors. Seems most do not work correctly but also throw no check engine light or stored codes? Just like my Crank Position Sensor. I guess since it still put out a signal it wouldn't trigger a code. Thing is it wasn't showing misfires when it was indeed misfiring? Knock sensors are all whack with a continuous fluctuating voltage like an O2 sensor at idle, cruising and key ON/Engine OFF.
