Lowered all the way around...RC springs (Boomers) up front, and full utilization of Boomers QC shackles in the rear. I already had Boomers standard lowering kit, but wanted to go lower in the front. It dropped another 3/4" in the front, and 1" in the rear. Me happy now.

Actually, Boomer warned that functionality would suffer. However, I have found that the ride isn't that much stiffer than his standard drop. I was worried about the amount of bounce, as well as bottoming-out, but I haven't experienced either. I am very pleased with the results. Best of all, I FINALLY got my frigging orange T-Shirt!:D

It looks lower all around, but the camera angle is lower (made obvious by the amount of foreground in the after picture) so it would look lower anyway....

Looks good lower.......looks very good... I'm sure you'll need to be more careful to prevent scraping when you encounter those cement parking lot curbs and barriers. I have to park a bit further back now....

Your truck looks best when the silver shows up more... Some of those shots reveal a bit more blue...But the "silvery" one really looks awesome....

Sweet truck bro....

I noticed that color contrast as well....it's the difference between the time of day, and flash/no flash.

Although, if I wait late enough in the evening, I may get closer to the Blue QC I wish they would have made.:D

I think that would definitely scrape a little...............

So, for a newbie, if I wanted to go straight to that much drop...how much drop is that total?
I have never dropped a truck before, but, I've heard blue-oval & bowtie owners say that drop spindles for front & flip kit for rear...but required sectioning the frame. Ouch, I'm not cutting the frame!
Does the kit require shorter shocks?

Just order the QC kit from Boomer (X-Metal Engineering) and tell him you want the Regular Cab front springs. Tell him you saw my truck...he will not what you are talking about.
