Cannot view DIY SECTION

I’ve been a member since 2013, I’ve took some time away as my truck has been down for a few years. I am a full access member so help me understand what is going on here? This is a bit ridiculous.

I posted a question on there a couple of months ago and had no reply’s ,if you do a search online the diy section sometimes comes up ,assuming the question you ask is relevant.
