Annu, once again you are caught on the horns of a dilemma, due to the lack of a plan, imo.
First you need to decide if you want to do a cat delete or not...deleting the rear cats is not a decision it is indecision. If you are interested in optimizing your performance then do a full cat delete and (I hesitate to say this) add long tube headers, mid pipes and a Magnaflow or if you prefer the Borla.
If you are not going to add headers, then leave the cats in place and add a Magnaflow muffler. You will have the sound and feel you are seeking.
Plan your work, with the end in mind. Covey said begin with the end in mind, I think you have not gone through this initial step...is your truck going to be a runner, a looker, or a lightly modified street machine....if lightly modified street machine is what you want...you will need to decide early on if FI is going to part of your plan...if it is, many decisions will be much clearer. If it is not, you will eliminate some of the complexity, but choices will become more obvious.
