Is there a difference between jet-hot and ceramic?:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

Jet Hot is suppose to be better Todd:rock: ,holds heat better and stays like new longer, from what I have been told.

the best thing it would do Kyle is protect the mids , it will help scavage exhaust, and thats what most will tell ya, but inthe real world to me, I dont think your gonna see big results, as far as hp gains;)

Then what is the difference or is there??:dontknow:
there is small differences n the compunds, but both are basically a ceramic coating, you can prob get into the percentage breakdown and all that stuff that makes ya head hurt:D but both companies are basically doing ceramic coating

Tony can the coating be done in black?>.
I would prefer black actually

this is there words, becaus I asked aobut color turning

with just outter coating, it "should not turn grey up to 1300 degrees"

anything there or above that temperature the coating will turn a dull grey

that is turbo temp area btw

now with inside and outside coating, which is what i have quoted, that level of temp increases, but still would say a possibiltiy of turning at high temps

now the black looked like a satin black, I looked at a set they had jsut done, he said it would change very little in color

I have to stop in tommorrow to pick up the front hood badges for the 04/05 grills that we had powder coated and if needed I can try to get a pic of the black if you want.

Definitely interested buddy....:itsme:

I am not going to say jet hot is bad, they are very very good,

I dont want people comming on and kicking me saying jet hot this and that.

both companies do a very good job, both companies do alot of work on there product.

but this i will say, with them being 7 miles from me and with me having a good relationship with them , you will get quick turnaround, and quality personal service. turnaround time is about 7-10 days from the time I recieve

Plus I can tell you they and i stand behind the product. I was there the other day and say a ton of roush headers for the race team in there being coated, and thats the majority of there clientel is the nascar and race teams.

no also consider this, that price is for a set of "long tube headers"

shorties, oem manifolds, may be cheaper, I want say they definitly will because I didnt quote those, but they go by size and time, so the smaller the cheaper the rate.

That's a fantastic price Tony! Here are The Batram's semi-gloss HPC coated black headers.
These weren't coated via Tony (done locally) but they'll be identical and it's a good reference. :)
