Chrysler's warranties are the smoke and mirrors of the automotive world.....

Written by lawyers for the sake of guile and duplicity.........

These fkrs should be indicted on charges of perpetrating a mass act of fraud....

I believe that my vast experience on this issue makes my opinion an expert one....

Never again will I buy another vehicle from this bunch'a fkn crooks.......

I can't complain...Dodge swapped out our 07 Charger after the engine went South. They even considered (which they didn't need to) repairing my Truck's motor when I had problems with the Accusump valve. All in all they have done right by me. :dontknow:

But the true measure of any company's customer service is measured not by those who've had no problems, but by those who have........

Hmm so if 99 people are happy with the service you ignore them in favor of the one person that has complaints?

As far as mods and such goes, you know what you are getting into there. I can't really see blaming the dealer for trying to protect their interests when you push a vehicle beyond it's original specifications. The whole thing becomes a gray area at that point. "Did the transmission go out because it was bad or because the engine HP was increased 25% and driven as hard as passable"?

My truck NO MODS WHAT SO EVER, 6,000 miles waranty was denied
, if the truck can't handle 500hp then don't give it 500....... two weeks later 06' hemi work truck 27,000 miles thrown rod warranty voided because of camper top "over loaded" motor....

...there reply,"if you think your right then get a lawer"

They can SAY what ever they want....

If you've already heard the story, forgive me:

I had hydraulic problems that began at 700 miles (wouldn't shift at all). All told, I had 3-4 clutch replacements, 2 flywheels and even a tranny replacement. The experts were stumped. DCX wouldn't admit that it was due to poor hydraulic line pressure/heat issues. (which we know now is a weak link)

All my issues and services occured before I had any mods. But Dodge refused to acknowledge that and refused to touch my clutch under warranty once my blower was in.

OK, so they got me on a technicality. Considering that I honestly had no disqualifying mods until after 3-4 system failures, I still think Dodge could have taken alot better care of me than that. Their clutch hydraulics design is a poor one. Again, they could have made it right in the interest of fairness.... They didn't.

F*ck 'em.....

Now you know "the rest of the story"............... Good Day....
