CHRYSLER/NISSAN MERGER??

I was reading about Chrysler and Nissan merging together the other day,It was saying that Nissan wants help in the truck and minivan end and Chrysler wants help in its sub compact end!
Anyone else hear about this?:dontknow:

not so much a merger as it would be like when dodge and mitsu got together back in the 90's.

chrysler corp. is trying to restructure itself into efficiency. merging with a company like nissan would not be where chrysler is looking to do.

I just read about this in "Sport Truck" magazine. Apparently, the two companies are just going to share some parts.

nycstev, daimler(mercedes) offloaded their shares back in the beginning of 07 because Chrysler was not profitable and diamler wanted to focus more on their market.
