I have been running my new CenterForce clutch,Fidanza flywheel, and Viper master and slave cylinders for a couple of days now.The pedal pressure is lighter and smoother, the truck feels about 1,000 pounds lighter,it runs in 5th a lot more often and feels much more responsive. Thanks Boomer !!!
The only down side is that the clutch pedal is about three inches higher than it was and the clutch doesn't engage until almost fully out.I am looking for a shop to check out the install for any possible mistakes and to bleed out the DOT 3 and replace it with the DOT 5.1 from Gary.I don't have a lift , so I can't do it.
Did anyone else experience this ? It works great, but I really hate to have to lift my foot that high and would much prefer to have it engage sooner.Boomer said to bleed it to be sure there are no air bubbles trapped in it.
Where can I get the reverse injection tool to bleed it from the slave cylinder end ?
