Hmmm... your dash noise. My firewall doesn't block any of the sucking noise from my CAI, in fact at idle it sounds like a darn Hoover. This gets exponentially worse when I hit the throttle. I like it, but it sounds like it's just annoying you. Can you post up a video? Other than you literally having a hole in your firewall I can't imagine how it could be linked to your HVAC system. And this is going to sound weird, but for a second I think you took on the shape of a unicorn.
