Cold Starts

I have noticed that when I first start the truck in the morning there is no fast Idle. All my other cars have fast idle but not this one. I don't think it is normal. Can someone tell me if it should fast idle so I can get it fixed. Thanks

Mine does not have a fast idle either. Come to think of it both my trucks a QC and a RC don't have a fast idle at startup when cold.
