There at the dealer for around a 100.00 bucks.

They come with the same emblem as the front of the truck

They would have one? I didn't think that dodge would let anyone use the "Viper" emblem on anything?:dontknow:
Uhhhh, I was being an ass again.:(

JC Whitney! That's where I got my diamond plate mud flaps with nekid women on them!

Quick question...(herd somethin tickin in me head again)

Wouldnt the bug deflector defeat the purpose of the scoop?:dontknow:

Since it forces the air to go higher thus preventing air to go into the scoop...My .02.

School me!

That is why you get one of Stinker's hoods!!! Then the scoop is bigger and higher:rock:
That a little pricey just so save some bugs dont you think?:D

The hood opening has been proven to be a low pressure area, therefore no air is entering it while driving down the road (or the track),so a bug deflector would not prevent air from entering the opening.(it could possibly help it :dontknow: )

It does let out hot air while sitting still, though.

There is a thread where this was tested scientifically, but I don't remember the title.

I thought that the scoop was designed to let some air through to circulate the air under the hood. In from the scoop and out the bootom. Isnt there a Mopar CAI that attaches to the scoop? Why would they come out with that if the hood wasnt functional?

On the other hand i think that the bug deflector might help like you said to reduce drag. Hmmmm....(there goes my head tickin again)

EDIT: Anyone know of this thread?...I'd like to see it.

I would only guess at a Dodge dealer being a Viper emblem on it,How was the emblem on it? stamped or decal?

It was similar to the HEMI deflector but had the " Viper Logo in lieu of the Ram" It was a badge style not a sticker?:dontknow: :dontknow:

Regardless of original design,it don't work :p
Yes,there is a Mopar and maybe a Volant CAI that has a internal attachment that mates up to the hood opening.Neither of them are being forced fed air. They just make the engine bay hotter by blocking the air from exiting.

Last question............cuz it looks cool :p :D

This was how it looked on My old one, note the close up! Has anyone else seen these?:dontknow: :dontknow:
