Craftsman Tool Chest

I just inherited a Craftsman 6 drawer SS tool chest with tools inside. The problem is it's lock & no key. Does anyone know how to get into this thing without destroying it or calling in a locksmith?? Thanks

I would drill it out

have in the past, took a pair of pliers & turned the whole lock assy.

tough to do now a days with the spinnin guard.

is there a key number on the tumbler???

Try to contact Craftsman or Sears and get a replacement....

If it's old, stick a screwdriver or pair of pliers in there and turn it.... If not locksmith fine sir...

Yeah man you're either drilling it out for free or you're paying a locksmith, can't have your cake and eat it too.

Open the lid and the drawers should open.

It doesn't have a lid, solid top with drawers.
