Thanks bro. Yea before we make them i was gonna get on the horn with Stinker anyways to chat and get some feedback from him. Also thinkin since he is one of the biggest vendors on this site might have sales go through him so i dont step on any toes ya know.

Nope, Sorry these are going to be strickly for HIGH performance, but from my experience (keep in mind im in cali and our rules are probley the most strict) as long as you have cats installed youll pass emissions still.
 
Be carfull with CARB. My 96 Ram Sport passed with flying colors with a pair of Mesa headers on it until 2008. Then i got a different tech who was an ass and failed it for no CARB headers on the visual. Had to replace the headers with some JBs' in order to get it through.

I had them call me out on the TB last smog i got.
 
i just ordered Long Tubes Belanger + H/F cats from Tony.
hear alot of good stuff about them...:)

HMMM this is interesting info. I figured the only difference would be maybe length(local exhaust shop would be able to take care of that) but didn’t think fitment down the frame rails and up the tranny would be an issue. Well looks like I may need someone’s RC for a couple hours after the first set is made for the QC to make necessary adjustments. Guess i may need to make 04-05 QC, 04-05 RC, 06 QC and 06 RC lol. This will be fun haha

I am in Los Angeles and you can use my truck to test also. 04 RC
 
I help Santeen install a set of headers on his truck about 3 months ago. Not sure what year truck the original person who bought them had but I did have to notch a tad off of the passenger side brackets that supports the A frame. Atleast thats what I believe its what I had to notch a piece off of.

oh ok cool. Thanks bro. I've heard that before so you just confirmed that. I'll try to make them fit better without having to notch anything then. That’ll be more convenient for the do-it yourselfer people in there driveway
 
Do you have a rough idea of the $$ for the finished product? :) I'm still figuring out what if anything I want to do with my truck.

No not yet but from the pricing he has made other headers for i can say it most definitly should be in the 3 digit dollar amount. Wont know untill i get my truck down there. I accually talked to him this morning and he is finishing up our mercedes header now so should be able to get my truck down to him real soon
