Custom Hood Vents

I met with the fabricator for RTW Motorworks last Saturday. He is coming up with some ideas for a custom hood vent and fender vents. He wants our input as to what kind of design we want. I suggested this for the hood vent:

I also suggested the hood vent designed in the SRT 10 letters. Does anybody else have any other suggestions?

That is what I call precision work. Add the artwork into the mix like your hood emblem and that would make it truely unique. The fabricator (Armen) claims he can do custom vents in an artwork form.

Same here. I've considered locating the louver inserts for a Viper hood, and graft them into my CF hood (if the replacement ever arrives). A little more Viper DNA, as they say.

He will be using our existing hoods and making custom artwork designed vents then it would be our choice to have them paint it or to take it to your own body shop to get painted.

Please keep us posted,I'd love to do this mod to my truck !!! I especially like the way the New Viper Hood Louvers are angle cut to fit the contours of the scoop !!!:rock: :rock: :rock:

They are currently designing a catch can system for water. Hopefully The design will be ready next week. I am driving the truck next week to Vegas for the work to be done.

was just thinking about something like 6packs before signing in although i would like to see the center raised a bit more maybe. but definatly i know i need to end up replacing my hood eventually due to some hail damage that i am debating either putting louvers in and then repairing and repainting or just a whole new hood..
