Well howdy to all the well wishers and peanut gallery.
Thank you to those that are/were (never) concerned about my weight. I'm happily at 220lbs now. Interestingly enough loosing weight didn't make me any less of an asshole in case you were wondering.
While I'd love to go into specifics about what happened, it was my understanding that Pat Gross signed a confidentially agreement about the settlement, same as I signed.
What is available publicly is:
A. The judge ordered her/them to give me back all of my stuff for lack of evidence. They disobeyed the judge.
B. I was never charged with a crime, I was accused of money laundering.
(Oh, and buying someone Taco Bell on your credit card, then them paying you cash for their lunch in an attempt to write off the entire lunch expense is money laundering at it's most basic level) Additionally Microsoft is laundering money through their Ireland Tax Shelters, same as google. Heck anyone with more than a few million dollars is laundering money somewhere.
C. They use their "Florida Siezure and Forfeit" law to steal whatever from whomever they want. Just do a search, you'll see a preacher that saved his whole life for corvette only to have it taken by these clowns or any black man with a nice car traveling on I-95.
D. The Fruity Pebbles Box/Mount Dora thing wasn't related to me. I keep my money in several Capt Crunch Boxes.
E. Oddly enough I was denied a Pharmacy license from the same state that took everythihng as I didn't qualify as a pharmacy as I didn't Ship, Handle, Make, or distribute the medication.
The article fails to mention the $6.2 million dollar civil rights violation lawsuit they lost.
The Egg is just fine, She along with my wife and I were on the cover of an international car mag last year.

Judging from that one post on VA, I think he's a pretentious creep. Instead of being compassionate for someone's turn of bad luck he'd basically laugh at them. I mean really, if you're having financial difficulty he's offering to steel your Viper for cheap to further stomp you into the dirt. If he's so wealthy why would he be looking out for a cheap Viper? Usually when someone brags openly and often about what they have, they really don’t have it..
