A fun event
The Antelope Valley MOPAR Club will be holding their annual
Drive In Moview Run on June 26th, 2010. All are welcome to attend.
Itenerary:
Meet At Peggy Sue's in Barstow at 4:00 P.M. for early Dinner
Leave Peggy Sue's at 5:15-5:30.
Arrive at the Shyline Drive In theater 5:45 P.M.
Since we will be arriving prior to the theater opening, we will access the theater by entering the EXIT road. Park directly in front of the concession stand (kind of a car show type display for the other customers)
Have your kids/grandkids (or you) ever been to a drive in? Do they look at you funny when you talk about them? Now's the time to show your kids what it's all about.
Adults: $6.00 Kids (4 & up) $2.00 (under 4) FREE
Suggestion: Even in late June it can get very cold in the desert, so bring along some warm clothing, don't forget lawnchairs. This is one of those all around funtime events.
