well i usually get physically violent with them hence the 5 counts of assault on a peace officer that also got dismissed.......somedays you gotta love tghe judicial system!!!

well actually it was all just the law i was arrested at my house not the scene of the accident...............state law is for an officer to do a warrantless arrest on a misdemeanor the criminal act has to be obserced by the officer.......no officer observed me drivin the vehicle.....just assumed it was me and arrested me..............what they should have done was got a warrant from a judge before they arrested me................so all the charges that followed the illegal arrest were the fruits........so they also had to be tossed ......if they would not have arrested me i would not have had the chance to assault them..................so all the charges following the arrest well i should say the evidence had to be supressed
