It's kind of funny, I've browsed numerous forums (have only joined this one), but what I've noticed is, EVERY new SRT10 Ram owner asks this. The "Veterans" gotta be tired of answering this question by now! 
But hey, anything to put my worries at ease, because it's definitely weird to "accept" or get used to these engine sounds.
