Plus that ticket also has radar as well as running the red lite. The lite had been red for 1.8/sec. when the photo was taken.
It clocked me at over 58/mph in a 35/mph zone, I was very lucky they didnt charge me for the speeding as well.......

I got one of those damn things in NY. What they don't take into account is weather and traffic conditions. If I had stopped for the red on that rainy night, my Intrepid would have been the keystone to a nice 3-car jigsaw puzzle.

Back when I lived in TX, I somehow ended up taking defesive driving every year (now I think it is every 2 years) to get rid of a ticket :dontknow: . At the begining of class everyone would tell thier story. One guy in my class was on his way down to Galveston for a long weekend fishing with the boys. Well, he was hauling ass in his truck and got his photo snapped like the one above, only problem was he had his mistress riding bitch. The ticket made it to his house before he came home from "Fishing". I am sure that was the most expensive ticket he ever received.

$400.00 is not to bad ... try $1700.00 for going 100 mph in a 70mph zone ouch and double the fine if there is construction zone

Hey Bro! I Don't know about where you're from but I beat 2 here with my attorneys help (thanks Rich) because in Washington State the trooper that signs the ticket has to be the one that clocked you and that includes photo! Oh yeah!!!!:rock:
