Exhaust/B&B or Magnaflow

If money is an issue just delete all 4 cats and leave the stock muffler in.
Great sound and way cheaper than any cat back system and will definitely free up power with those restrictive cats gone.

Stock muffler is a straight through system and doesn't need to be replaced.
The real gains are from the cat-delete.

So if I delete all 4 cats is it still emission pass-able in TN? Or would I simply need high-flow cats?

That I can't answer

If you are in a county where they do emissions testing,I doubt it will pass the sniff test :dontknow:

You could do removeable system and change it out once a year for testing

Yeah, Rutherford County is where I live and they do emission tests....one of the very few that do. I thought that was right. It looks like the rear cats can be removed but I'll have to keep the front ones at least to pass the sniff test.

JMB High Flow Midss with rear Cat Delete and a set of Mids that are cat-less.... As mentioned above simply have flanges welded on to each set. Use one for the sniff test then unbolt and swap with the cat-less... Best of both worlds...

Whatever exhaust you decide I would make sure it is made from 304 stainless. You'll only ever have to buy it once.

Do they do a sniff test or just check to see if its throwing a code. I didnt register here in NY because I thought they would do a sniff but turns out they just check to see if its throwing a code. Find out and I think there is a way to block the code :dontknow:
