Exhaust clip!

Short vid showing you guys what the truck sounds like. The muffler is for a Nissan Titan, its an aftermarket oem knockoff, but it works GREAT on this motor and is very cheap. Cutout is an electric QTP with a custom pipe. Just for a reference, I start, rev twice, open cutout and rev twice, then close cutout. Since the muffler is a straight through design, I would say that only about half or less of the exhaust actually escapes through the cutout. At WOT though its ALL cutout and its crazy NASCAR loud :rock: I recommend listening with headphones because I filmed with my wifes iPad and the mic is shitty, but you can actually hear the cutout opening and closing and the two exhaust notes at the same time. Oh and also excuse my stuttering at the beginning, I wasnt sure if the damn thing was recording or not Enjoy

I like the shape of the pipe that the cutouts are dumping from. Great idea! Screw the Titan muffler, get a nice catback and be happier that you did.

I had one, this actually sounds better. Deep V8-ish rumble. Theres a guy who lives near me with another black qc and we are always comparing trucks. He has headers and full exhaust and likes mine better lol

Thanks, me too. I like playing around with different ideas, I LOVE how Nissan Titans sound, really deep rumble. So I just slapped on a Titan muffler one day as an experiment and ended up being my exhaust for good.

The Doc (his nickname) has a magnaflow cat back, and so did mine when I bought it. But it wasnt loud enough for me so I changed it a few times, even ran straight pipes for a few months That got OLD lol so I tried some other options and this is where Im at. For me, its perfect and the best of both worlds. Quiet for driving around with the wife and baby, and crazy loud for when I wanna hear this bitch scream.
