Before I tackle this in spring I just wanted to see if there are usually any problems with removing these:dontknow:Are they prone to breakage or usually come out ok ??? Thanks as usual:rock:

Some of them will take a little ass to remove but a little Liquid Wrench will help loosen them up. The three bolts on the flange typically suck but just go slow and lube them up and let them soak.

Those 3 have already been off and replaced last year when I did my catless mids, the 10 main ones on each manifold are what I was worried about, my 05 Hemi was notorious for broken/rotted manifold bolts, these still look pretty good from what I can see of the bolt heads. Thanks for the response 50!!!!!

You should have any issues but really depends on the amount of rust and electrolysis. Down here stuff isn't so rusty so it makes for easier removal. Good luck :D

Thanks, they don't look too bad, we'll see.

Run the truck for 5 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Spray with PB Blaster. Let soak for 15 minutes.

Remove bolts. Have a torch handy. If you don't have one, go to home depot and buy one- not expensive. They are a life saver.

I have one of the mini torches for a little heat, I was wondering if I should have it a little warm, thanks for the info....

If they won't break, shock them. Heat them with the torch, then spray CRC Freeze off onto them. ($4 can at oreielly) it wil break up the rust.
