Well, as some of you may Know....
I did Buy 2 Thrush Glass-Packs for Instillation on my 2004 SRT-10
Ill have you know first however, Different people like very different sounds, If i had my CHOICE i would have just turned my Manifolds upside down and with a few feel of flex Hose, transformed my Front air Scoop into a 168db Ionizing Hair-Drier, but thats beyond the point.
Now its time for the Lay-down
I personally Love the sound that it makes, Like most of you said, It would sound like a small engine or make a Strange Growling, OR a ridiculous Popping sound.
And i can say with the upmost sincerity that all your Predictions came true. When in Neutral, It idles Normal, Maybe a bit more grumbly, then at 2000 rpm, its like a Solid rushing wall of Air, Then at high rpms, Its an unstoppable tornado of Ripping Decibels and Grumbling Rock-slides. Then after the Gas is Released, its a WW2 Shootout on the beaches of normandy.
Its like 8 Different Exhaust systems at once.
The only problem is, whereas i love the sound, its not as loud as thought it would be???? If i only had a bit more Volume i would be the happiest lad in town...
