Exhaust

So I was coming home from work today and started my truck up and noticed in the exhaust was leaking toward the middle of the truck. I have a magnaflow that came with the truck. Gasket?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Check the collector bolts and any other exhaust clamps. Don't think there are any gaskets on our exhaust systems.

okay so I just checked and it is the clamp i'm pretty sure that is leaking. At least I hope..

So it seems the pipe is rotting. Should I try and fix the problem, buy a new magnablow?, or try a new one. Anybody have any help? I loved the sound of the magnaflow. Such a shame..

Is it the pipe attached to the muffler or the tailpipe section?

Ditch the Magnaflow.

No matter how many times you fix it, or how many magnaflow's ya buy, they always seem to rust out. This has been on ongoing problem for years.


Try spintech, borla, billy boat or stainless steel equivalent.
