Extended Warranty?

ah no, I do not want to hear that I just spoke with Jeff, we are good. Hopefully everything comes good
 
This sounds like a system wide problem....I was talking with my dealer's service mgr a couple weeks ago and he said Chrysler had updated their whole computer system.....which resulted in widespread glitches....he was pulling his hair out over the techs working for him...all their certifications were erased....this meant that Chrysler wouldnt pay some warranty work because the computer said the tech was not qualified....he had spent days trying to get the issues resolved...
