agreed.... the factory plastic enclosure kills quality sounding bass....

I put it in the plastic box...it's not milk chug plastic...it's hard plastic almost comparable to wood..it doesn't flex either....
When You buy quality subs the sound quality is going to be good...I have the 1 10" JL Audio and it not only hits hard and smooth but it is a responsive bass too!

glad ya like it, the stock plastic box sounded like crap in my truck & is why i had a custom wood box built......... night/day difference in bass quality.. :rock:
