Factory polished wheels

Do the factory wheels have a clear coat on them? I want to get the inside powder coated but the place locally thinks the wheels have a clear coat and won't withstand the heat of powder coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine are clear coated, tried to polish them and no difference.
