Finally up and runnin

FINALLY got my truck back from the shop after a month. New clutch but not to happy seems like something is loose in there or maybe its just that i havent drove her in a mth. Mechanic say since its new needs to break in but told im not payin a dime till its perfect. Almost sounds like a nasty exhaust leak. What yall think?

there should not be any noise. did he get all the shift boots back in place??? for whatever reason, did he disconnect any of the exhaust???

99% of the clutch manufacters say a 500 mile breakin in is manditory. stop & go traffic & no playin.

You should bring it down and let me check it over. I agree sounding like an exhaust leak. That or bad pilot bearing/throwout bearing.

Shoulda had VENOMOUS1 do the replacement in the first place. :rock:

Yea he told me to break it in and venemous was to far from me. But i found out wat it was my bolts on exhaust broke so its the front left cat rattling.

I believe he did, for a job that takes WAAAAYYY less than a day.

Yea well had various shops saying they wld pick it up and never did. Finally someone did and had it the nxt day. Venemous cld of did but we had no where to work on it due to it was in my parking lot.

At a stop my clutch rattles unless I let it out very slowly.

Otherwise works great.
