Fix one problem and another pops up

Finally got the shift cable fixed today. Hooray!!!

For the past few days I had been noticing an extra ding after the seat belt was latched. Knowing that the CEL light is none fictional I went to get it scanned. P0420 looks like I get to have fun with o2 sensors. Joy
