So I was driving the qc the other night and gunned it a little and after if felt like if it slipped out of drive into nuetral cause the motor revved up all of a sudden but the truck didn't accelerate. I let up off the accelerator of course real quick and noticed a squealing sound and like something banging around. The motor was still running and sounded fine when I gave it gas. Problem is that truck was still in drive but wouldn't budge so I shut off the motor and went to start it back up and the starter was turnning but wasn't turning the crank. I'm told probrably flex plate disinegrated! Anyone know about what a new flex plate cost and if I should put a stock one back on or aftermarket! Also can anyone recommend where I can find one? Thanks!
