either one is gonna work fine for you Brad, the oem clutch is heavier and gonna give more inertia off the line, and easier around town,
the aluminum flywheel is ligter an has less initial inertia, something most drivers arent gonna notice
 
I would at least do new flywheel bolts, they would probalby be fine, but for a couple bucks I would pick up a set of new ones buddy
