the rubber it seals with is a pita. but yeah you simply have to twist it once you get it to twist you will feel some wiggle in it and out they come. since i just replaced mine with HID's before my trip. but after 7 years being in there it didnt want to come out easy since i have never had a fog bulb blow.
Hey bud, noticed that you have FM50's. I have dual 3" 40's... sounds awesome but every time I'm driving by a cop I'm just waiting to get pulled over. I had 50's on a Chevy 383 stroker I had and loved them! How do they sound on the SRT?
here is some help about changing the fog lights....
Remove the inner wheel guard to get to the back of the fog light unit. disconnect harness, bulb twists 1/4 turn and removes, new bulb twists back in. for more information search the internet....

No need to remove anything. I was able to get to both just by reaching through the hole at the bottom. If you put your head by the tire you can look up and see the back of the socket while you are twisting. This was helpful putting the bulbs back in.
