The last two times it's rained here I've had a slight leak from my sunroof. I cleaned my drains and still it leaked so I took it to the dealer. I didn't want to but fixing the drain would be alot better than replacing interior pieces because of mold and mildew. THEY QUOTED ME $675 to adjust the sunroof!?!? They said it was sitting just under flush with the roof, I had never noticed it been when he showed me the rear of the glass it was just a hair low. I said haha no thanks I'll figure it out myself. After a few minutes of surfing I found something and in literally less than 5 minutes had fixed it.

1. Place the ignition switch in RUN position.

2. Close all of the doors.

3. Press and release the vent switch (sunroof should move to vent position).

4. Once the sunroof has stopped motion at the vent position, press and hold the vent switch for at least 5 seconds to re-calibrate the sunroof position.
**If the sunroof did not reach the full vent open position, press and hold the vent switch until the full-vent-open position is reached then release the vent switch, then press and hold the vent switch for at least 5 seconds to re-calibrate the sunroof position.**

5. Cycle the sunroof from the full-vent-open position to the full-slide-open position and back to the full-vent-open position at least 7 complete times. The sunroof is now in customer mode with the obstacle detection thresholds updated.

Yeah, it was really that easy and my sunroof is sitting perfectly flush.

We shall see it's suppose to pour this weekend

I noticed a difference in cabin noise with the windows up.

If u have it flush the way to test the proper for aft left right adjustment is to slip a businesses card between the seal and body. It should have resistance. Hard to get card in. Too tight. Card just falls in. Too loose.

Very little water should get past that seal. The drains are just to pick up any water that gets past. They are not meant to function like a rain gutter.

Let me go test, results in a few

So your suppose to be able to get a business card through the seal? On the front and sides I couldn't get the card to go in at all, the back side I was able to force a corner in but then the card kept bending in half

No problemo fine sir...

Had rain 3 times this weekend, of course after I wash my truck, no more leaky!

Sorry for not replying, if your seal is that tight all the way around you are golden. Its only bad if it is tight on one side but the card falls through on the other. Then too much water gets in. If you leak tested it and all is well then no worries.
