anybody has met the FGT ? anybody ever driven one ? ... somebody has one??? i dream to buy one.. fore years... is it the ultimate sports car or are there minor points???... is a Viper better ??? or not, as the price is about at least the double... more exquisite ? more "racecar" ? ... i hope to learn here something............ before buying my dream and realising the thrue reality... :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:
 
Personally, I'd rather have a new Viper. I've never driven a GT, but from what I read the Viper will out perform the GT in every way. I like the looks of the Viper better as well.

However, if the GT has always been your dream car... get it :D They are both badass supercars. You need to drive both:burnout:

i would have to agree with you, it think you sould drive them both, then make up your mind on wat you wanna do, only then wil you know what direction your leaning too, Viper or GT
 
I haver never driven or ridden in a GT. But I have seen a GT with a tune and pulley lay down 620rwhp.
 
You will see a 100 Vipers to 1 Ford GT.

The Viper is a basic, bare bones car. The Ford GT is more refined and forgiving if you screw up. The engine in the GT is light years ahead of the Viper as far as engineering. The Viper is a lot like the F4 fighter. That plane was proof that you could make a brick fly if you attached big enough engines to it.

Personally, if I had my choice I would go with the Ford GT.
 
What Silver said. Two opposite ends of the spectrum among super cars. High tech (GT) or a big hammer (Viper). If your dream is the GT, then you will not be satisfied with anything else. Follow your dream!

I agree with the above, follow your dream. Even if you don't keep it long, you can say you had one. :rock:

Looking at getting another for my Daily. Looking for a Fox body thats Supercharged already. :rock:
 
I have a freind in Socal that bought one new. He mostly takes it to the tracks. A couple of years ago they had a gathering in Vegas and Carol Shelby was there. On a run out to Parump and back one group got clocked doing over 200mph on the public road. THe rest of the rally they had a police escort everywhere they went. No speeding tickets were issued luckily.
 
Personally I would take the brand new Viper ACR.... think a guy on here from egypt bought one... pretty sure he loves it, said the suspension is stiff on the bumpy roads as any one would assume.....

I have a good friend who owns one! Her name is Lola And She'll take you out and twist your stuff up tight!!! She is White with the blue racing stripes and she is absolutely gorgeous!!!!:D
 
Kudos to all you guys with Vipers..... They're awesome.

But I'd rather have a Ford GT than 3 Vipers..........

There's just something so different and so nostalgic about the form, the mid engine, the sound.... just everything about it says, "I'm better....alot better"...

Sorry, Viper guys...... There's just no comparison or question in my mind....

Ford GT's rule.........
