FSTJACK needs our prayers

I spoke to Jack for a few minutes til his phone battery went dead. He just had a shot of morphine, so I'm guessing that the conversation may not have lasted much longer .....

WAIT.....Jack called me back..

He sez he must'a been in a dead zone walking thru the hospital.

But he sounded good.. He said that he busted up his knee stepping over one of those doorway barriers.....(you know, to keep the cats, dogs and children confined) and he lost it.... His knee is all messed up, but he believes it's only soft tissue damage...

Other than that he's on IV antibiotics to fight a staph infection....

He does seem to be in good spirits and is looking forward to his release from prison...I mean the hospital....

Keep Jack in your prayers....... God bless ya, Jack..

I feel bad that I wasn't online sooner to read this thread. The time difference is a huge factor working against me receiving news on here as it breaks.

JACK! I am happy that you took that initial step towards seeking medical attention. I know you're no doubt a fighter, but these issues did require more than simply toughing it out. Get well soon brother. My prayers are certainly with you tonight. ALL of us here

at VTCoA love you and we need you here among us. I look forward to meeting with you again soon so I will also PRAY you make it to Macon. As said before Jack, anything you need say the word. It will be done.

I've been out all day and night with the fam. I just saw this thread. Jack hang in there...........we know you will get better soon. Prayers sent from the whole family as well. The hospital must have been busy on Halloween. Did any of the nurses have any interesting costumes? I'll give you a shout Saturday (today) during normal hours.
