So this is a pretty serious problem for us. As in my previous post I noticed this
the hard way and almost got side smashed turning into a lot.

Anyone replaced this switch module? Advice?

TSB 08-002-12. 2006 ram , it extends the warranty on the multifunction switch for 10 years or 150,000 miles. The 05's are doing the same thing. People need to file a complaint with NHTSA so they will make Dodge fix the 05 also.

UPDATE: Repaired.
Time: 45-50 min.
Tools: 20T, 10T, 90/ Phillips
Parts: Q Tips & alcohol
Cost: $0

Finally got a chance to deal with this blinker issue. Easy too. Pulled the blinker arm MFS assembly from steering column, dis-assembled and cleaned contacts on circuit board.
3 screws on the bottom cover, 2 on the MFS slides out towards driver door. This thing was loaded with too much contact grease. Cleaned up with denatured alcohol and re-assembled. Works perfectly.
No more hand signals !
