Funky turn signal problem

This has happened 3 times now in the couple weeks , It is intermittent .

I turn on my left turn signal on and the right signal blinks .
Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it ?

Funky turn signal

Truck is in for the winter, but 2 wks ago I almost wrecked her turning left into a parking lot. I noticed a forward pressure
on the signal arm causes this intermittent problem. Was gonna post on here about it but I see Im not the only one.........be great to get that part # . G

It only lists one part no. So i assume it is the same for both.

Yup, you need a new multifunction switch. I just had mine changed a few weeks ago.

There is a TSB out for the 06 on this, there may be one out there for earlier trucks?:dontknow:
