Quick Question... Just want to confirm, I'm ok to reuse the stock factory gaskets when replacing/swapping the following parts,,, correct???

1) Intake Manifold
2) Throttle Body
3) Valve Covers

i asked this also,i was told for sure the intake,t-stat,valve covers could be re-used...not sure about the throttle body. getting something powdercoated are we :D

as long as they ain't tore, still pliable, surface clean & dry. go for it

Cool... Just wanted to double/triple check. I know gaskets are cheap but I don't really feel like wasting $$ either.
The TB is an o-ring,, so it should be fine to reuse too..
And yes,, I'm giving my engine bay an extreme makeover. Courtesy of JMB, Roe and MSD. :)

how many miles do you have on them now and i will tell you if this was my vehicle NO I WOULD NOT REUSE THE SAME GASKEST its jsut cheep insureance to get new ones.

Sure and add oil pan gasket to the list if you like.
I just completed a teardown right to the shortblock. If you reuse valve cover gaskets in good shape, they shouldn't leak. If they do, they make a small mess, no big deal.
If INTAKE gaskets leak, it IS a big deal. You don't want your TB to suck air from the sides either.
The gaskets are not like they use to be; pick and choose the ones you don't want to HAVE to change, if they do leak, and buy those gaskets new.

PS. I had 42,500 miles on mine.
