Just got the Xmetal drop kit in the mail , will be putting it tommorow . I have my torque wrench , deep sockets , tools , electric grinder , maui's directions ready .

Any special tips ?, does anyone have the torque specs of the ubolts , rear shackles , front arms etc?....

mine is a 2006 QC , wish me luck :)

I dont remember the torque specs but definatly re check the ubolts after 100 miles or so. And dont be like me and put the springs in upside down the first time!!! LOL

x-metal should have torque specs, dont forget to use locktite whenever you change anything and do tork stripes so you can see if it has moved at a glance:D wish i could lower mine. Stupid driveway

yeah i have some blue and red loctite here too . i asked Gary but i doubt he will reply today ! i need the torque specs ??

can you mic the the bolt shaft, and say what the socket head size is, are there any markings on the head of the bolt? i might be able to get some info, but it would be tomorrow night:confused: and the material the bolts are made of
