Made an appointment to have:

1) Front bumper repainted
2) Fiberflass tonneau repainted and stock wing remounted
3) Install a boatload of JMB powdercoated parts (CAI, Intake Manifold, Valve Covers, radiator & fusebox cover - all painted in gloss red with clear coat) along with MSD red plug wires.

I managed to "curb" my front bumper and give it a few scratches on the drivers side. It always bugged me. I'm sure I'm the only one that would ever notice it. I had a few very minor chips in the front bumper too.. So it will be like new.
The original paint job on the Gem-Top tonneau was crap. Looks like they used Maaco or something. The paint is so thin it can't be polished out. Having it competely refinished.
When I got the tonneau, I drilled holes directly into it to mount the wing. My job was ok at best. I'm having the body shop remount it flush...
After all this is done, the truck should be ready to win some shows this summer. :) Pix to follow in a few weeks.

Cool, pics when you get it all done.

When I got my alignment done, the shop gave me a free front valance chip at no charge!!! Bastards!! I didnt notice it till I was gone from the shop, so I couldnt complain. I am very careful about parking curbs etc.... After yours is fixed, the truck will feel brand new again!

Heck,,,, while I'm at this,,, I might as well do it right. Just ordered a ROE polished throttle body. I know that the stock (unpolished) tb would bug the hell out of me with all the other bling on there. Add it to the list... Bu-Bye tax return... :)

I also had my front bumper re-painted when the stripes went on. Bobby (or one of his employees) had also hit a curb or parking block, although you had to get on your back and look at the bottom of it to see the damage. It was all the little stone chips that really bugged me. Think most of them came from running it around the track a few times.

Can't wait to see your truck. When we both get our trucks done (if there ever done)we'll have to hook up for a brew.

I'm starting my "extreme makeover" today!!!
Being installed today:
1) JMB Powdercoated Gloss Red (with clear coat) Intake Manifold
2) JMB Powdercoated Gloss Red (with clear coat) CAI
3) JMB Powdercoated Gloss Red (with clear coat) Valve Covers
4) JMB Powdercoated Gloss Red (with clear coat) Fuse & Radiator Covers
5) MSD Red Plug Wires
6) Roe Throttle Body

Then Tomorrow:
Off to Audio Integrations where they will be taking measurements and ordering a bunch of engine bay aesthetic work... Red LED's, New Wire Looms, New Wiring, stainless bolt cap covers, removal of 2nd battery tray, Digital Battery Terminals and custom acrylic work.

Then next Monday:
1) Front bumper repainted
2) Fiberflass tonneau repainted and stock wing remounted

--- I'm then just waiting on a complete polished billet fluids cap package from Tom @ Billet & Acrylic. I also have on order from Justin at JMB a gloss red hard upper radiator hose & gloss red t-stat housing. Hope to have that soon. Should be done and ready for spring!
