interesting how there is nothing going on in south america and very little in africa......and we call these the "backwards" continents

I think that some of that may be due to the fact that the reporting in those places probably isn't up to par as the rest of the world. Plus there aren't the targets in those regions, at least not in the numbers that there are here and Europe.
