Since I have never delt with nos I have a couple of question that I am sure some of guys know. I will start with a 50 shot and work my way up to a 150.

1.Colder plugs?:dontknow:
2.Retard timming?:dontknow:

I will do the install myself, so any other tips are appreciated. Don't know if this matters or not but current mods DC stage 2, 170 Tstat, & MF catback.

Thanks in advance

PM Boomer on the specifics on the plugs and timing.....anything bigger than a 75 shot will need to be a wet shot.....good luck....

Retard timing - at least 2 degrees/50 shot, then round up for safety
A/F ratio - I use 10.5 - 11.3 (safe)
Colder plugs - I use NGK Iridium IX, BKR7EIX-11, stock number 6988

ordered them thru Art at Henson Motors

option: Meth injection to prevent detonation
option: Purge to get our air from system and to scare your neighbor
option: bottle warmer to keep bottle temp up above 800 psi (900-1100)

The more you help that motor breath, both in & out, the better off you'll be.
Caltrac's
Remote opener's
Gauges
3"inch belts and a helmet :)
.....all come to mind.

You will enjoy your new addiction.
If you are interested in NX systems, thats what X-Metal really likes. Gary did have both, showed me the benifits of one over the other. He offers precut to length hoses for the custom look

If you still have the stock PCM / stock tune put that back in when you are going to run the spray.....don't spray w/ that stage II flash in unless you can pull some timinig. I have the stock computer/tune in and have worked my way up to a 150 shot. I don't plan to go above a 150 shot w/ out pulling timing but up to now I haven't had any problems and keep going faster every time to the track. You'll love the spray.....eaisest way to consistently run in the 12's! Bottle heater is key!
