good and bad?

so whats the good and bad with the srt-10s what kind of problems do they tend to have......i just got mine a week ago tomorrow and im lovin it

Bad...hmmmmmm...just cant think of any..:dontknow: ..maybe spending everything on mods but the truck itself...........been 16 months and it still gives me the same thrill to drive as the first time I started it...maybe even more now that it has 200+HP more than when I bought it...

Welcome to the party, you know what they say. These trucks will pass anything but a gas station, I've yet to see the validity in that claim though

what year? the only problem i had was with a faulty TPS (throttle position sensor) and that was a $50.00 fix. it has been a trouble free vehicle for me.some will say the stock clutch and hydraulics are weak, i'm still stock and no problems (yet)

But then he'll have to change his screen name.

If it's an '04 or early '05 you need to check the harmonic balancer bolt and verify that it is tight. A few TPS have gone bad and a few power steering pumps too. Other than that, pretty rock solid. Welcome to the site.

one of the main common problems are the oil cooler lines start to leak around the crimped ends and the same with the power steering lines,but Stinker has a real good solution with his stainless steel lines.
Another bad thing is everyone wants to race you on the street all the time.(until they go home with their tail beween their legs,LOL)
