Well, with the new child on the way, yet trying to keep the 'young-ness' still alive, I added one to the stable :

My wife loves her SRT-8 Jeep. She won't let me drive it but told our 16 yr. old if he gets a 4.0 in school this year he can drag race it in the high school class. So far he has a 4.0.

Congrats Patrick and Jennifer. Now my wife will be jealous. She is going to ask me to :toilet: her 1.:D So how do you guys like it?

Jenn loves it, Noah likes it OK...but likes moms mazda better :dontknow: lol... (I think because now he has a booster seat in mine, and a full car-seat in hers).

Power to weight is good, handling is OK, I would almost say the truck handles as well if not better....Brakes are also OK, not as good as truck.

Accessories, and bells/whistles out do anything I have owned, there is stuff everywhere, and all these little knick-knacks to play with hehehe.

Gas is pretty good...I get about 15-17hwy, and 12-15 city.

After seeing you post on the Cherokee site, I knew it wouldn't be long 'til you came to the RIGHT decision..........CONGRATS........

Hey ya, Patrick! Long time, no see.

Congratulations on the new Jeep. They are a lot of fun! It's a great balance of performance for me and function for her. After we got ours she definitely liked having the extra "ummmph" under the hood. I really like the sleeper factor because most people don't know what an SRT8 is. They just see a Jeep.

One word of caution, with the low nose spoiler I had to train my wife to avoid parking blocks and curbs. Even still, there was a dip that she didn't see and she slammed the nose into the ground at about 30 mph. We had to replace the front bumper cover.

Anyway, have fun with that beast!

Nice Patrick......that thing will pull out of the hole better than anything you own...:)
